Elegant looks thrive with tone-on-tone pairings. A palette of high contrast bright hues add visual excitement. Textures are a sophisticated way to add visual interest.

Sheer overlays expand the possibilities exponentially, as different under-layers dramatically alter the appearance of the decorative top cloth. For example, consider a decorative white overlay laced with gold metallic threads. The look is subtle and fresh, atop a pale yellow cloth. The same overlay atop a sky-blue cloth captures the look of the ocean at sunset. Change the look again by pairing the overlay with a black cloth, and suddenly you have an elegant twist on a traditional formal design. The same dramatic differences emerge with sheer floral overlays, plaids and more atop a variety of different tablecloths.
