We carry options ranging from $21 per cloth to $85 per in-stock cloth, and everything in between. The difference? Fabric and cloth size. A simple poly blend is clean, crisp, and budget-friendly. A luxe velvet, specialty woven, or hand-embroidered fabric? That’s a different experience entirely, and it shows.

Neither is wrong. It all depends on the look and feel you’re going for.

The Factors That Shape Your Quote

A dinner for 20 needs far fewer napkins, tablecloths, and runners than a wedding for 200, or a gala for 900. More guests = more pieces = more cost. Simple math — but it makes a big difference.
We have hundreds of fabric options — solids, patterns, textures, seasonal colors, timeless neutrals. The combinations are honestly endless. A table dressed in ivory lamour has a completely different price point than one in sky blue panama, which is different again from blush velvet. Your vision shapes the number.

We love helping clients near and far. But if your event requires delivery or shipping, there’s a fee for that — because getting hundreds of linens to you beautifully and on time takes real logistics.
