How it Works

We begin with a conversation to learn about your event, aesthetic, and goals. Through emails, phone calls, and creative discussions, we get to know your vision.
2. Share Your Inspiration
Send us your mood boards, artwork, color palettes, and ideas. This is where the collaboration begins as we explore fabrics, prints, textures, and design possibilities together.
3. Design & Refine
Once you're ready to move forward, Mosaic will develop a custom proposal and pricing. For printed fabrics, we highly recommend a one-yard strike-off sample to ensure the perfect scale, color, and overall look before production.
4. Approve & Create
After final designs and pricing are approved, we'll secure your production schedule with a signed contract and payment for all custom items.
5. Celebrate the Reveal
