Meet June AI

Your New Secret Weapon for Event Design

Introducing June AI: Our newest website feature that makes building an event inspiration board simple and exciting. Select linens from our collection, place them into the venue setting you want, and use intuitive tools that speed up your workflow while keeping creativity front and center.

Design & Organize Your Vision

Every event design starts with a vibe. First, click the Design with AI button from any page on our website. Next, choose the Venue Designer in the left column. Pick a real venue, upload your own photo, or describe your dream location and let June AI find it for you.  For this image on the left we envisioned a "tented beach cocktail style welcome reception" to get us started.

Next, it's time to choose your products. Search by name from Mosaic's extensive catalog, or provide a description of the aesthetic you want and watch AI work its magic.  For this event, we looked for pastel toned textured cloth, a zig zag patterned cloth and floral pillows.

Refine & Render

Love your layout? Continue to refine it using descriptive real-language terminology, and the Magic Render button until if reflects your design vision. Whether you have a specific vision in mind or you're looking for inspiration, this feature is able to render a photo-realistic venue design based on any information given. For these events (scroll through them all!),  we selected a combination of our 2026 Collections and some classics that never go out of style! We placed them in some iconic Pittsburgh landmark venues.

Adding the Finishing Touches

Here's where things start to come to life: Once you have your venue and products, it's time to describe your layout. Add chairs, chargers, goblets, florals and anything else you can dream up. The sky is the limit.

When you are happy with your selections, we have another trick in our AI bag. Click the Palette Button, and AI will generate color palettes to match. Select those that you like and add them to the design board.  Also add text labels to further describe product usage and design. Then save your work, and come back to your design with fresh eyes to keep working on it.

And when your design is just right? Share it. Send it to your planner, your venue coordinator, your mom, your partner — whoever needs to see it. Everyone on your team, on the same page, before a single linen is folded.
